I shop there all the time. Love the store. Manager Brenda is great. Clean facility. Friendly worker. One person stands out , and her name is Maria , she is extremely knowledgeable. Very helpful. And always has a smile on. Highly recommend this store

Went in today to do a return/exchange and get a few things, the whole staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. The professionalism exemplified was a standard they have raised the bar on setting and had to do a review about it. Thank you.

Better selection than competitors of same type in Riverhead n y. Good diverse store items for cats, fowl, dogs, horses, rabbits. Tools. Oil,lawn mower blades, lawn items, stoves, smokers, Fertilizer, seed, trees Very helpful workers. We purchase wild animal food weekly. Good tough clothing better than Walmart better pricing.

We recently took our dog here to use their dog wash station. First off, everyone was so friendly from the employees to the customers. The establishment was clean and neatly organized. The dog wash room was freshly cleaned right before we walked in and the deep sink was perfect for our 70 pound Rottweiler German shepherd mix. They had a ton of different doggy shampoos and provided us with towels for 10$. We had the best experience. The room has two sinks and two stand with blow dryers but we had the whole room to ourselves. They even had smocks to wear so you don’t get wet. We loved it and for our dog who doesn’t love water, we were able to safely attach him so he was secure and did not escape. Definitely recommend for washing your pup if you live in a small apartment with limited washing space. We plan to go monthly, we highly recommend!

Great store. Came here for the self service pet wash. The wash and dry room were great, however, the process was kind of ridiculous. You need to pay first, then go wait in line at the back of the store, and then when it’s your turn you need to go back up to the front of the store to get towels. All while walking your dog through the store and rushing that no one will go jump ahead of you if they don’t want to get towels. I am not sure if I would come back to wash my dog here but the store itself was great and the staff was very helpful while we walked around.
