(from Google)Very easy flat walkway on either side of the "creek." I was here for a conference and had limited time and didn't have hiking boots so this was the best choice for a quick walk/run. It's about 0.9mile long end to end. One side is bikeway and one side is gravel path. Beautiful and not busy. Most people walked their dogs. Easy street parking.
Great walking trail. I see conflicting information so I wanted to clear this up. They do allow dogs to be walked. I saw several dogs over a few days, and they also have bags to pick up waste. Google maps will take you to one of the trail heads. There is street parking all around for free. You can walk on either side of the little brook. One side is paved and the other gravel. It is sandy, gravel and easy to navigate. There are no large inclines. The trail is not too busy in the morning. It is peaceful and you can hear the water as you walk along the trail. A small part of the trail was under construction when I posted this review. There’s still lots of trail to walk. I’m not sure exactly, but I would wager over a mile. The view of the mountains in the background is really magnificent. If you’re looking for a peaceful walk, this could be it. We were able to see rabbits, chipmunks, and squirrels.
This is a great place to walk, run & bike. After a good rain the water flow is really nice
One of the most peaceful beautiful walks in the whole Coachella Valley. With Tahquitz Canyon towering over you, peace and serenity are yours.
A nice chill creek to walk and relax while enjoying all the beautiful nature and animals that accompany it. Definitely a beautiful area and the best sunrises and sunsets.
