Great customer service. You could tell they cared for your pet. They were very informative on how to help our kitty. They also didn't mind that there were 5 adults in the room while were waiting to pick our kitty up.

We needed help with my daughter’s deeply loved 14 year old pet. The office called her back right away and told her that they would make time for him. They were very compassionate and caring. They quickly took care of everything and spoke very kindly to us. Highly recommend.

There is soooo much I could say about how amazing this clinic is. Where do I start? First, I had a cat named Neeko Kama live 10 years longer than predicted because the of the love from Doctor Holt. She performed a MAJOR surgery on him after an accident. She had to remove his arm and shoulder blade. She told us it was way more in depth than she originally though, BUT did not charge us more for it saying she will stick by her price. I can NOT show enough love for her!!! Second, this clinic has taken care of my many cats and dog that we have had over the years. When we had to lay to rest our dog and one of our cats, the doctors and staff were so supportive and went above and beyond for them and for us. I'm literally crying writing this review because they have touched our hearts so much. Third, I would like to touch on some of the other negative reviews on here. This is a walk in clinic. This clinic will get you in to see the doctor at a low cost and as fast as possible. Communication with the staff will put you in the severity line and they do get to you as soon as they can. With that being said, I feel like some people forget that. You are not the only people and pets to exist. *eye roll* Fourth, Doctor Cook took care of my sister the other day when she got the worst news any pet owner gets, and that's "it may be time to consider euthanasia". She walked my sister through the process of putting her first baby she has ever had, to rest. I couldn't be there as I live another state away. I'm so grateful that the staff and the doctor doted on her and her baby kitty. There aren't enough Thank you's for this place!!!! I do wish that anyone that does go there just know that you will get the best service and prices than any other walk in clinic! Remember, BE KIND, thank you for reading!! Blessings!!! Excellent, my cat was very ill and they take walk ins, so my cat was well taken care of. They saved Tuxys life and I am so happy. They are kind, professional and very caring . I am so grateful . Also very reasonably priced. I will be going there with all of my animals . True gems!

My experience here today was very pleasant and smooth. I needed a walk-in place as I couldn't wait for my regular vet appointment. The receptionist was very welcoming. They checked me in and I was in a room in about 10 mins. Not bad as a walk-in. The person that did the initial diagnosis was very attentive. The Dr was extremely nice and informative. They have a cat and dog waiting area, which is kind of cool. The whole place was clean and welcoming. Drop in price is very reasonable. I would definitely return. Thank you!
