I had an excellent experience at this vet clinic. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get a same-day appointment. Every staff member was wonderful, from Jay at reception to the manager who was present throughout my visit, and Dr. Luca. I was confident that my cat was in good hands under this team. I came in to address my diabetic cat and begin insulin treatment after an unsuccessful experience with another medication and at-home diet changes. I felt completely supported and never judged. My options were clearly explained, and I left with no confusion or unanswered questions. I went into the appointment feeling nervous and left feeling at ease. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Luca!

Needed vaccination for dog. Scheduling appt online was very easy. Once at Petco, the service in the vet clinic was excellent. Front desk person was very nice & helpful; vet and assistant were wonderful. In and out in less than 30 minuted

Shelby and Jay were wonderful in getting me checked in. I was running 15 minutes late and they were gracious when I called to push my appointment off by 15 minutes so I could arrive. Doctor Wilburn was thorough in the exam for my cat and was able to provide the treatment necessary. The price was reasonable. The service is top notch and the staff is hospitable. Definitely recommend! My cat was even comfortable in the exam room.

I've been going to this location for a long while now and have nothing but excellent things to say! This team is the most caring, least judgmental, best understanding group I have come across when it comes to pet care. I've gone for basic appointments to me being an absolute hypochondriac. I most recently got my husky spayed by Dr. Rogers and Alyssa and they did an absolute amazing job. They kept me up to date throughout scrim's stay at the vet and sent me home with all the information I could ever need. I appreciate them immensely for helping me as much as they have and being as understanding! There is no other vet I plan on going to.
