I had the best experience at this vet. Not only did they work extremely fast, the communication was top tier. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they ensure they take you through every invoice if there’s more than one. Additionally, the vet took me back to the table my cat was on and broke down everything he did, all the issues he found and why he did what he did. They prioritize the animals and are compassionate towards the owners. If you need emergency services I highly recommend.

My husband and I were both impressed by the staff and the facility at Crown. We needed an after hours appointment for our cat and were seen as soon as we got there. We've gone to a different 24 hour animal hospital in the KC area before and waited for four hours and never did get in to see anyone. The staff that saw our cat were top notch. I would highly recommend their clinic to anyone. 5 stars!

We are so thankful for the staff and vets who stepped up in a time of need for Roxie. They were fast to get her back and assessed. They worked with poison control to narrow down our issues. The ladies up front were fast to give updates when I called to check in and communication was top notch! Roxie was well taken care of! If another emergency comes up we will be using them again!
