I wish I could rate Zero stars. My dog had a terrible disease. The Doctor never called me back after several attempts to contact him. I had to put my dog to sleep after 14 years! Absolutely the worst thing that could happen to our lives. I do not want to say more as I don't want to mix anger with sorrow. Poor Haven is in Heaven.

This office and all of their staff saved my foster puppy! Unfortunately her sister had to be put down but they hospitalized this puppy who is now named “Whitney” for 10 days and she survived parvo. The staff was very sweet and caring I was crying nonstop for hours and they comforted me and gave me condolences. After helping me get CareCredit and even discounting so I can properly put down her sister, they answered every call and every question I had within those 10 days she was hospitalized. They showed me human kindness and compassion still exist!!! ❤️💙

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the veterinary services I recently received at Mid Valley Veterinary Hospital. As a pet owner, entrusting the health and well-being of my dog to a veterinary professional is a decision I take seriously. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was far below the standards of care and professionalism I expect. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The front desk staff 1 being Jennifer & another young lady seemed disengaged and disinterested in providing assistance. When I interacted with one of the employees, her demeanor was shockingly rude and hostile. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling, creating an environment of discomfort and distrust. Beyond the poor customer service, I am concerned about the overall quality of care provided. The lack of empathy and respect displayed by the staff raises questions about their commitment to the well-being of the animals under their care. As a result, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice to other pet owners. The combination of unprofessional conduct and poor customer service makes it an unsuitable choice for anyone seeking compassionate and competent veterinary care. I will not be returning to this clinic and advise others to consider alternative options.

I just can’t explain the love that I’m so thankful of still exists in this world. I currently don’t have money for Christmas or for my dogs recovery surgery. My sister Kionna aka Kiki Savior and Dr. Pitts who made sure my pet/only son lived is more l than I want for this Christmas or ANY DAY. This is not the first time Dr. Pitts has come through in the clutch. He really has a good heart and spirit, this is my line of work, I can assure that he does for REAL. Dr. Pitts doesn’t want it , but I have to put him on the list with my sister of those whom deserve so much more than they have given with a pure heart , expecting nothing in return or at least not all they have given. My dog is my best friend and son, and he loves more than humans , truth. I really can’t repay Dr. Pitts, but I will try to come as close as possible when I get the opportunity. Forever eternally grateful to encounter true love and expertise in Dr. Pitts. 💯💯💯💯🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿❤️❤️❤️. I pray he receives all that he has given out 100 fold back to him or his loved ones. He has blessed me before , I KNOW this is Truly who he is. ❤️

I don't know the doctors name, but we have had bad experiences with him. Older guy with glasses. Two times I took my dogs to the vet and they saw him and he told me that one of them needed surgery to get her teeth pulled when she just had bad allergies that day. We wanted a second opinion and was then treated for allergies which she got better from. The second time we saw him, we thought my other dog had a stroke, but it was vestibular syndrome. He wouldn't eat anything. The doctor told us he might need to stay overnight at the hospital which we didn't agree on. Then.. charged us for that. He also told us my dog had a "bad heart" but he didn't elaborate on it and proceeded to charge us for heart medicine. We asked another doctor at another vet and he said the only thing you can hear heart wise are murmurs. He might have meant my dog had a strong heart murmur, but we weren't sure because it came up out of nowhere...? If he had a bad heart murmur, he would have had trouble exercising!! but he is a very energetic and active So I am assuming he was going to charge us for pointless medicine for a small (non life threatening) murmur? That doesn't make any sense... Plus what would have the medicine be for?? It can't cure a murmur. We were charged about $4,000 in total which obviously we had to take things off.. That doctor, He wasn't thorough, he wasn't compassionate, I believe he may be in it for the money. The nurses don't know much if you ask them because they just say "well let me ask the doctor". I don't feel this place is very good when you need a thorough opinion and a good checkup. Their wait times are very short probably because they rush everyone out and don't want to give patients their time. I don't know about the other doctors, they might be good, but if you ever get this one, don't go with him unless you want a speedy non-thorough DISHONEST checkup and want to get charged your whole life savings for stuff your dog doesn't need. Keep in mind, my dog with vestibular syndrome recovered while being at home. Do your own research and don't give this specific doctor your time.
