Let's just say I spent $1,200 to get my dog exam three separate times and each time I kept telling my doctor there's something wrong with the dog she's got a bump in her stomach that's getting bigger and bigger he told me it was a fat deposit and nothing to worry about I don't believe is true and I'm going to see another doctor because he literally didn't do anything the three separate times I paid $400 each for blood work he said that the specimen was too diluted didn't suggest what I should do and didn't even contact me back about labs or updates my poor baby is getting in worse condition and I will never take her back to this crappy doctor. The whole time I was telling him I'm pretty sure it's not a fat deposit I kept even showing him to feel it and now it's getting bigger so after spending $1,200 and still no result nothing to actually help her I'm not ever wasting money on this doctor again and I should just you don't either plenty of other doctors veterinarians to go to. Please do not contact me asking me to change my review I will not respond

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Guy, and while it’s been an incredibly hard time for our family, we wanted to take a moment to thank the entire team at Bearss Animal Hospital for the years of compassionate, detailed, and loving care they gave him. They always treated him like one of their own and were so attentive throughout every stage of his life. It gave us so much peace knowing he was in the best hands, especially in his final days. We would trust them again and again with any of our pets and are forever grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and heart. Thank you for everything. 💛

Overall, a great experience with this veterinarian. I was able to get a next-day appointment, which was great. My son was able to get a same-day appointment when he got a new kitten. It is obvious that Dr. Flores loves animals-he was so gentle and patient with my cat. I appreciated that he did not push extra tests and medications as I have experienced with other vets in the past. The staff is very helpful and kind as well. Would highly recommend this veterinarian!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have an American Bulldog and they ALWAYS treat her like as if she was their own. The staff and the doctor are all angels, they will forever have my business. Thank you from me and my fur baby!

We've moved to another state, so unfortunately we can no longer go to Dr. Flores; but I definitely wanted to leave a review to show my intense appreciation for the care he's provided to my boys. Firstly, when we found our little Merlin in a parking lot he was scared, skinny, and mangy.... Dr. Flores was the only veterinarian in a 50 mile radius that could squeeze him in for a last minute visit. He's not only incredibly kind to my Merlin and Archie, he's also very knowledgeable and knows what boundaries the cats have. The staff is always friendly when I visited in the past, the office always clean, and I never had to wait unnecessarily. I highly recommend Dr. Flores, I know my boys will miss him!
