The entire staff was wonderful, so kind, helpful, and informative! Took great career of my pup while helping me stay within budget! Will be back for our other pets care!!

I use to love this clinic up until recently. One of the incidents was with my dad, we at first were bringing our puppy here. He had a payment plan that was around 250 dollars, it was supposed to cover his exam, shots and flea/ dewormer medication . At his last vet appointment my dad had a balance of 109, he tried to make a payment and was told to not pay it to use that balance to cover the shots for the following year. A few months went by and was sent a bill for 500 dollars. Which is NOT what he owed, I was physically there with him at their last vet visit. They sent him to collection for a balance he did not owe! My personal experience with my dog, I will not be bringing her back. I paid 468 which in that charge included her skin cytology for her paws, allergy shot, medication, another cytology for her ears and the medication. At her next appointment they had us wait in the lobby. Only did a swab in the ear and charged for another round of ear medication and tried to charge for ear cleaning. Luckily the girl who was helping was extremely sweet and took that charge off I wish I could’ve gotten her name! Charging 468 and she can’t even get fully rechecked knowing she has other issues is ridiculous! After today’s interaction over the phone with one of the employees I will not be wasting money for a business like this! She’s extremely bold to have an attitude and to be rude when all of them lie about the prices! Save yourself the trouble and don’t even waste your time or money here!! 95% of the workers there are stuck up

They gave my partner and I a crate and a blanket with some calming stuff on it to borrow. We had brought our cat in for the first time. Took my dog there a couple times. Nice people. Easy to talk to and awnsers my question. And gets to the phone pretty quick in my experience

Dr. Genova and his staff are hands-down wonderful. I’ve been taking my kitties Arlo and lady here since 2020 when I first got them and I have not looked for any other clinic since. They always work with local shelters to give coupons to people who are looking to neuter and spay their animals. They’re neutering prices are Super cheap when I got my lady spayed, it was only about 90 bucks. You can tell Dr. Genova is passionate about his love for animals and I’m pretty sure he’s the only provider in that whole building. The staff is amazing. They are so supportive and shout out to Nick - I’m pretty sure he is the lead vet tech. He is always there to answer your questions And if he doesn’t have the answer right away, he’ll take the time to research and he’ll get back to you with a proper answer. Love this place 🤎🐾

Over the years with various pets, always been the local pet clinic my family has trusted. Been one of the most affordable clinics as well. Our cats, they dont like strangers, on their first visits, we thought for sure the staff would need suits of armor.... Nope, the staffs approach and friendliness our cats shocked us, no issues whatsoever, like old friends in a sense... Definitely recommend...
