Always great service and attention to detail i feel very safe with them to make a good decision about my dogs health . They always call the next day to check on him and let me know the charges before they do the work.

We love SouthPaw Animal Health and Dr. Alyssa Hannon. Everyone we’ve interacted with (the veterinary techs and staff) has been kind, competent, and compassionate. Communication is excellent and prompt, their website makes everything easy to navigate, and follow-up care is seamless. What has especially stood out to me is that they actually call the next day to check on how your pet is doing (and honestly, to check on you too). That kind of care is rare and means a lot. A vet is one of those places you hope you only need to visit for preventative care, but when something does happen and you need them, you’re grateful to know you have a good one. We feel that way about SouthPaw. We trust them with our pet, always feel well-informed and cared for, and will continue coming back. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Hannon and the entire SouthPaw team.

Shortly after I picked up my Efe from the rescue we came to South Paw and from day one immediately I felt welcoming, caring and friendly touch from every single person that works here. They were sooo good to my Efe EVERY TIME we had to go there and we were there a lot! We were welcomed by DR Drake then passed on to Dr Rottenberk. They are equally amazing and I'm very grateful to them both. My boy came with a lot of issues and I did everything I can to fix them with the help of South Paw until came the unfixable and I lost my Efe. No time goes by that I don't think of, miss my boy Efe. I will never forget my time with him and and everyone at South Paw for everything they have done for us until the last day....

I found an orphan kitten on Tuesday and they were able to get her an appointment within the hour to get her checked out! Their prices were very reasonable and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful giving me all the information and support I needed to care for the little one! My little Karma says “Thank You!” And we will be back for sure for her next check up!

My dog Tut has been a patient for a few years since returning from up north. Dr Pollard is the best. They are so caring, thoughtful, and easyish to get it to see. A bit on the pricey side but we wouldn't leave for anything.
