(from Google)The kindest receptionists and nurses. Very Knowledgeable and patient doctors. If you have any questions they will be answered. The doctors and nurses took their time answering all of my questions. I truly have never met such a knowledgeable, honest, and kind veterinary staff at any other clinic. The clinic has a very comfortable and home like environment. They did my dogs bladder stone surgery and spay surgery here. They were also able to catch my dogs gallbladder infection/enlargement so quickly, and that ended up saving her life. I owe so much gratitude to the staff here and I am so incredibly thankful for how patient, honest, and helpful they have been throughout the entire stressful process of my dog being sick and recovering. The nurses will take all the time in the world to explain every medication every step of the way, And doctor will always answer any questions you may have. I can’t recommend this clinic enough.
I can’t say enough about how great this Dr is. He listened to all my concerns and was very compassionate. I was so lucky to find this practice and Dr Bregmann is a true gem. If you are in the area and need an amazing practice this is where you need to go. My dog was so sick and he knew right away what it was and in a few days my dog was back to himself. So grateful for this practice!
Very warm and welcoming staff! My mom's dog was treated kindly. The staff speaks Polish, which was really helpful for my parents. The doctor is an honest person. I highly recommend this place. They helped my mom's dog in the past. They also recommended another clinic for an emergency surgery, and that clinic was able to help my mom's dog, Maya, the same day.
They are the most caring respectful group I have ever had the privilege to deal with. They were working with me with my 22 year-old kitty cat and finally today I had to put her down and I can’t say enough about the staff here. It’s hard no matter what but they did it with. I don’t even have the words to use, but if you need a good veterinarian I would highly highly highly recommend them. I’ve been coming to them for years.
Our 12-year-old family cat suddenly stopped eating. When we brought her in, Dr. Bergmann immediately did some blood work, started her on IV fluids and anti-nausea medication. Unfortunately, she didn’t improve overnight, and we returned the next day as she continued to decline. In that difficult moment, we asked the Dr. whether we should consider putting her down and what he would recommend. Dr. Bergmann looked at us with complete sincerity and said, “No animal gets left behind.” He believed she still had fight left in her, and recommended trying a steroid injection instead. He didn’t just give us hope, he also graciously eliminated some of the costs to make it more manageable for us. We also want to recognize the amazing veterinary assistants. Every person we encountered was kind, gentle, and truly compassionate, not just toward our cat, but toward us as a family going through something incredibly difficult. We’ve begun syringe-feeding her little by little, and while she’s still not out of the woods and we likely have a long recovery ahead of us, we’re holding on to hope. No matter the outcome, we’re deeply grateful for Dr. Bergmann’s compassion, honesty, and determination to fight for her. Even though he’s new to the clinic, his care has already left a meaningful impression on us.
