Heather was absolutely incredible when I needed last-minute boarding help for my dog. She went above and beyond, showing genuine care, compassion, and understanding—not just for me, but for my dog too. Even though I ultimately didn’t go with this hospital because family was able to step in, Heather left such a strong impression that I will definitely consider Preiser in the future because of her. The staff and the pets there are truly lucky to have someone like her. Thank you, Heather, for being such a kind and caring human.

My mother in law and I took my fiancé's cat here today and I was blown away by the level of experience. Amanda came in first and was so friendly with Mitzy and really handled her with care. She was so amazing! Dr. Silvana Beloiu was great at explaining everything. Mitzy had a steroid shot, antibiotic shot and a nebulizer treatment and they did such a phenomenonal job! They really cared about Mitzy which made me feel better! Thank you so much for taking care of Mitzy!

The staff is caring and so efficient. I have been dealing with my dog Stanley and his issues. Dr. Beloiu for a while now and she is amazing. Compassionate very intelligent and a really good person. I have been very pleased with everything.

Dr Preiser and her staff are amazing. My dog had surgery to remove a mass I recently discovered. They gave my dog Lola great love and care. They also were so helpful explaining treatment and communicating w/me through the process!

We had a great experience here! My boy woke up one morning and couldn’t move his back legs at all. They took us in right away and found out it was an injury. They recommended laser therapy to help with pain and healing. The treatment only took about 10-15 minutes, and my boy got up and started walking as soon as they finished! I think the before/after pictures speak for themselves, they are only 2 hours apart. The entire staff was kind, listened to and answered All my questions, and treated him with so much care. I never felt pressured to do unnecessary tests, and the bill was very reasonable considering it was an emergency. Highly recommend this clinic!
