This cafe has been very popular on Tiktok. It is very cute inside and has a lot of flowers and antiques. Food and service are good although service can be a little slow as they are victims of their own success. I would come back for the coffee and food.

Beautiful café with a great atmosphere! The service was fast, and the waitresses were friendly and attentive. The menu offered a nice variety of options, making it easy to find something enjoyable. Blooming floral cafe is the cutest little hidden gem!! I’ve truly never seen a cafe like it. I’m in love with the whimsical/floral garden coffee shop vibes it gives. My sister and I visited and got the banana pudding matcha latte and cookie butter latte- some of the best lattes we’ve had! The atmosphere was beautiful and the menu had so many delicious looking coffee flavors and food options! The baristas/servers were the sweetest and very attentive. The welcoming service provided truly made us feel at home and we both wanna go back and bring our friends next time!🌟

I had lunch at Blooming Floral Cafe today, and it is easily the cutest hidden gem in Tampa! To say this place is 'blooming' would be an understatement it’s literally blooming everywhere! From the second you step onto their charming patio to the moment you walk inside, you’re surrounded by the most beautiful floral arrangements and chic, modest vibes. 🌸 The decor is stunning and they had soft, relaxing music playing in the background. The staff has incredible charisma and made us feel so welcome from the start. It’s the perfect spot for a quiet lunch or a 'foodie' photo op. I had the chicken salad and it was so creamy and flavorful definitely a high quality lunch choice! My friend had the Dulce de Leche and it was absolutely delicious. You can tell they use premium ingredients. They also have an amazing drink variety. Whether you want a hot or cold latte, matcha, lemonade, or a specialty tea, they have it all. I love that they have so many unique coffee options for every mood. I had such a great experience here. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape in the city, this is it. I will definitely be back soon!

I came with two of my daughters and we absolutely loved it. The place is so adorable, and the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and welcoming the kind of spot where you instantly feel comfortable and want to stay a while. We ordered the chicken salad croissants, avocado toast, and a variety of coffees and pastries, and everything was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was perfect. It made for such a special little outing together. If you’re looking for a cute café with great food, great coffee, and a relaxing vibe, this place is definitely worth a visit!
