We had my husband’s birthday party in the Brewers’ Hall event room and Jai was so helpful with the planning! The day of, the staff working the event were great! The party was a huge success. Highly recommend them for your next event.

Upon landing in Tampa, I couldn’t check into my hotel until 2 pm, so I naturally sought out a brewery to check out. While browsing Google, Florida Avenue Brewery caught my eye because they served food, and I was hungry. For drinks, I opted for the FLIPA and the Luminescence Hazy IPA both were excellent beers. As for food, I went with the Cheese Curds and Crab Rangoon Empanadas. These finger foods were perfect complement to the seriously good beers I was enjoying. There are several breweries in the area, but Florida Avenue Brewery stands out as a must visit.

Food 5/5, Experience 9/10, Price 8/10 The Beer Battered Chicken Sandwich (tossed in buffalo sauce) is a slam dunk — huge portion, flavorful batter, and a great hot sauce. The Onion Tangler Burger was large with tender meat and a delicious, tangy sauce. Even the tots were two notches above average — high praise from someone who doesn’t like tots. One small gripe: I tried to swap tots for cheese curds and offered to even pay an up-charge, but was told no. The staff joked “that’s how we get you,” but at $11 for a side of curds, it stings a little. More flexibility there would go a long way.

Amazing beer. Tasha was amazing, she really knows her beer! All her recommendations were top notch!! Will definitely be coming back to try the food. The Happy hour specials are the best in the area. If you are looking for great food and beer you have to stop by

Florida Avenue Brewing Company has such a nice, cozy vibe that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy good company, and settle in without feeling rushed. The staff is incredibly friendly—genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it really adds to the overall experience. A great spot with a warm atmosphere and a team that makes you feel right at home. Definitely worth stopping by.
