We took our "new" 9 year old rescue puppy for a nail trim on the recommendation of our daughter and her friend. The folks who work there and the store itself were excellent. Jimmy, in charge of the nail appointment, was friendly, gentle, knowledgeable and professional. I would very much recommend Earthwise for any dog's grooming needs.

The store is very clean, well stocked with food & etc. for your pet/s. Dave is very helpful with any questions you might have. I'm looking forward to bringing our dog for the self washing deal they have.

This business needs to work on transparency and customer service. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional, lying about having “notes” on how to groom their dogs and unwilling to disclose where or what the notes even are. All for a quick buck! The owner is a horrible miserable and disrespectful person, so unfortunate for this business and the employees. Chasing customers out of the store with unacceptable aggressive behavior! Please consider taking your dog elsewhere, even petco before bringing your business here. God bless

What a great little shop! I came in for the self service dog bath. I let the gentleman working the front desk that it was my first time there and he led me back to the bath and showed me all of the items that I could use. Lots of different kinds of shampoos (including a hypoallergenic one) and a descending shampoo. There were some scrub brushes and towels that you can use as well. He gave me clear instructions on how to use the bath that were really helpful. The water is temperature controlled so it was great to know that my little guy was not too cold and not too hot. The blow dryer has different speeds and worked really well. It took me just under an hour (I have a large breed mix with Pomeranian and chow) so it went faster than expected! There is just one bath so you may have to wait your turn but worth it.i love how soft and fluffy my dog was when we got home!
