Heritage Grooming

Finding a groomer to groom my dog Simba has been a hard on and off search because he is aggressive when he goes to new places. When I mentioned this to Sam. She said that they were more than willing to continue to provide their services, which understandably a lot of groomers deny their services for aggressive dogs. When Simba got groomed his groomer Mel did an outstanding job on Simba. She did a way better job than I ever did. I will continue to go this heritage grooming. They provide excellence services.

Takes forever to get an appointment and then cancel the morning of when we show with our dog. Refuse to find a new appointment time stating they will call to reschedule. Had two appointments the month before for anal glands and they charged full price after I drop him of saying they don’t do appointments for just anal glands. Keep rising prices

Lydia is a fantastic groomer!! She is especially good with the seniors like my dog. My dog seems happy upon pickup and I like that immunizations or vet waiver are required and that they have an off leash policy for those w/well behaved pets who don't want their pet in a crate.

Casey groom's my great Pyrenees chole She's so sweet and kind to my Chloe. Casey is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone.

Have been taking my timid rescue dog here for over a year now. My dog might not love going to the groomer but she is well cared for here and comes home looking beautiful and smelling great. The dogs get to roam a little when not actively being groomed and they all seem to get along well. Staff is friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. I drop my dog off around 7:30 am and she is usually done by lunchtime.
