Ontario Ranch Pet Clinic

We had our cat, Lucy, scheduled to be put to sleep here today at 5pm. Her health began deteriorating rapidly, and they gladly moved the appointment up to 2pm to ease her suffering. We had recently moved to Eastvale and brought Lucy here once before and loved the experience. Because we had recent blood work done at her previous clinic, I asked if the assessment fee could be waived. They were kind enough to do so without hesitation. When we arrived at 2pm, Lucy went into cardiac arrest and was passing just as we got through the door. Even though they still administered aid as well as the medication to ensure she was at peace, they waived the fee for the procedure and only charged for the communal cremation. We no longer have a pet, but I needed to write this for anyone thinking about coming here: Do it. They might be new, but they treat you like family. We spent nearly $10,000 trying to save Lucy from cancer, so we were deeply grateful that they were sympathetic to our situation and didn't try to nickel and dime us. Finally, a huge thank you to Dr. Jeng and the staff for your bedside manner, emotional comfort, and empathy. We were especially touched by the small vial containing a lock of Lucy's hair, complete with a tag showing her name and the date. Since we couldn't afford the private cremation to get her ashes back, we expected to go home empty-handed. That memento brought tears to our eyes; being able to walk away with a piece of her was the perfect gift to remember her life.

Dr. Feng and staff are beyond incredible. 100/10 stars! We are so glad our boy Louis has a local veterinarian that provides exceptional service. The office is brand new, clean and beautiful. Prices are fair and honestly you’re getting way more than what you’re paying for. Louis has been here for a wellness visit, vaccinations, a stomach issue, dental cleaning and neuter procedure and we couldn’t be any happier with the outcome and treatment he’s received. Their perfect ratings aren’t a fluke and truly reflect the service they provide. Louis loves visiting and we’re grateful for being part of the family!

My little cat was sick, but after the vet’s careful examination and the medicine they prescribed, she recovered in just three days! She’s energetic again and eating normally. I’m so happy and grateful to the doctor — thank you so much!

This is the first time our dog left a vet with her tail wagging. We were due for a new vet so we decided to try Ontario Ranch Clinic. The entire staff was so kind and made friends with my dog immediately. They kept her calm with treats and pets. I have never seen my dog so at ease during a medical exam. I don't think she realized it was a vets office. 😆 The visit was easy to follow and the price for care was reasonable. This is definitely our new vet for our family pets. Eastvale, don't hesitate to make an appointment for your fur babies.

Great experience here. Dr. Feng and her staff were gentle and sweet to our two cats. Dr. Feng was very knowledgeable and helped us come up with several solutions for our cats digestive problems. The office is clean and modern, with lots of natural sunlight even in the patient rooms.
