If Bodhi and Lottie had a fan club, Dr. Kotani would be the president. Haywood Road Animal Hospital takes amazing care of my animals, and Dr. Kotani always treats them like VIPs (Very Important Paws). The staff is always incredibly polite and welcoming—every visit feels like we’re walking into a place where everyone knows and remembers us. Bonus points for being cost-friendly, because my pets somehow think money grows on trees. We absolutely love Haywood Road Animal Hospital and couldn’t recommend them more. Bodhi and Lottie leave happy, healthy, and only mildly suspicious of the treat jar—which is a win in my book! 🐾

We felt was port service from dr Amanda she really don’t take time to see our cat only stuff talk about it number I was feel more comfortable if she have time explain more o at lees see our cat stuff only mention they take our cat for check weight and when bring him back they do some test we even see the doctor

This place is amazing!!! I had to reschedule my appointment once-I guess my cat knew it was time for the vet- and they were very understanding and patient. At her appointment, they were so gentle and tender with my cat, they handled her with so much care and compassion and you could tell these people love what they do. The vet was very clear and concise about pricing and cost of potential treatment, and even let me know what times of year certain treatment options are discounted!! Pricing is very fair- even without a discount- and they don’t try to push more treatment on to your pet if you’re not comfortable. Wonderful staff and wonderful work.

Dr Byrd is a true cat vet! (cat vets are HARD to find). My cat had been attacked by a dog. She was very thorough and compassionate without costing me a fortune!!! I cannot thank her enough!! RIP Lily, we will miss you (-;

From the moment I had an interaction with the staff at Haywood Road Animal Hospital I knew they truly cared about my concerns. I was able to come in as a new patient immediately which was such a relief as most other places either weren’t taking in new patients or you had to wait weeks to be seen. From the front desk staff (Rian & Breanna) to the vet techs (Haley & Hannah -I’ve had the most interactions with them) to the doctors (Dr. Hilliard & Dr. Kotani) they really take the time to listen to you and in turn answer your questions, thoroughly explain and give their professional opinion and go over all of your options. I’ve never felt forced or guilted into making a decision I didn’t feel comfortable with. Even though my cat was not a fan of the vet they never took it personal. They really get to know you and your pet and care for them as if they were their own. They’ve even gone as far as to reach out to other specialist for their advise and expertise concerning certain issues my pet was experiencing. I would not bring my pets to any other vet.
