(from Google)Referred by a friend whose dog had TPLO surgery overall good experience with the surgeon, my dog loved everyone. however would’ve given five stars, but had a little Concern as dog started limping really bad. I called left two messages and it took them 7 1/2 hours to get back to me. I wasn’t thrilled about this , As the situation suggested Medicationand when I brought it up, I was lectured arrogantly about how the doctor was busy and I should allow a couple hours When it had already been seven. Then when I come from my last visit, the vibes, totally different and everyone’s rude. So compassion for animals in my money yes, compassion for people not so much.
This vet clinic is so amazing!! They’ve always been so good and communicative with my older dog Anna but we got a puppy named Beef and he really showed me how seriously good this vet is. Beef is quite reactive to people and dogs but Dr. Jane came in really calm and didn’t do anything to set off his reactivity. It was just amazing to watch after our bad reactive experience at another vet. Highly recommend Liberty Animal Hospital and Dr. Jane!! I could cry with how well today’s visit went compared to the other vet I took Beef to.
They were able to fit my cat in for emergency ear surgery. The called twice between weekly check ups to see how Pip was and if I had questions. I was approved for their financing through Cherry, which helped. Very friendly and caring. They made sure I did not leave with qiestions or concerns.
Can I give them 10 stars because they deserve it and our Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever benefited by their talents. We came in with sloppy/slipping back hind knees. Rocco had partially torn (60% and 80%) ACL's. Liberty Animal Hospital and the surgeon Dr. Aris Atakem recommended the TPLO Surgery- a common an highly effective orthopedic procedure used to treat cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) tears which are similar to ACL injuries in humans. Because of Rocco's size and weight we were able to do both at the same time.Liberty has held Rocco's hand and well as ours every step of the way, especial post op since that is the difficult time on both pet and parents. We found Liberty Animal Hospital though our neighbors who had their own pet surgery there, both of us driving from Highlands Ranch to Westminster for treatment. We highly recommend Dr. Aris and his team of caring individuals. A final shout out goes to Liberty for recommending PT for Rocco's recovery. We started at two weeks in at CRCG - Canine Rehabilitation & Conditioning Group for red laser treatment/hydrotherapy and more. Would not have thought of this without Liberty Animal Hospital's recommendation!
Wow! Where do I begin, I took my 3 year old caviar king charles here due to her having trouble with both her back knees. After the consultation was told she needed Luxating Patella surgery. We put all our trust in this vet to help her and fix our fur baby. We have been overjoyed with the surgery and the care that we as owners got and the care how they took care of our pet . He went over everything and answered all our questions. She has been doing great and I would never consider going to another vet. The staff in the office has been so kind and caring .they made us feel like family. Thank you all for taking care of our fur child and the amazing services you have givin us!! Thank you!!! Stella's mommy and daddy.
