(from Google)Very pleasant to walk around in, with a beautiful pond and pretty birds all around. The willow trees are big, beautiful, and peaceful. There are benches to sit on around the pond so you can fish and enjoy the scenery.
Great open field if you want to play a sport, fly a quadcopter, or compete in a game with your friends!
I enjoy walking and riding my bike around the pond because I like the view. I sometimes do this more often than I used to because the health clubs were closed.
Great neighborhood in SE Fort Collins. Well cared for and friendly. Close to shopping, restaurants, public library, churches, I-25 and activities. Well established with mature landscapes and trees. Small kid's playground, a central pond in a park with walking paths throughout. Also has a private community swimming pool.
This subdivision is awesome. All houses back to the greenbelt. The HOA does a great job of keeping it nice. The parks are fun for the kids.
