(from Google)I have been to both locations and they both are amazing. I live closer to the Amar location and have to say that the atmosphere there is very warm and family friendly. They always make you feel as if you are at home and amongst family. Now THE FOOD, Oh my Goodness! It is so delicious and I cannot stress enough how much you need to try the Torta! It is very flavorful and you get the best of both worlds- milanesa and chilaquiles! So delicous! When it comes to the churros, hands down, they are the Best in Town! Go check them out! You will so happy you did.
I found this place because I needed to get my driver's side window regulator installed. I didnt know what to expect, but then I saw the menu.....everything i mean EVERYTHING looked absolutely delicious. I tried the Torta de Chilaquil and hollllyyyy moly I was not expecting all that savory flavor. Im a man of texture. I LOVE a good crunch and this had perfect crunch from the tortilla chips inside the torta. The flavors were sooo good and the torta was pretty big. I didn't take pictures cause I devoured it. To top it off, they also serve Cafe de Olla. This place is very cute and cozy and it felt like a vibe today cause of the rain. I ended up getting Churros as well cause I mean....if the food taste that freaking good, what about dessert right? They did not disappoint. The lady in the front was also very nice. 11/10 coming back here as a treat on my cheat days
LocChCh is a quaint eatery found in a small strip mall. They serve coffee and breakfast sandwiches, but specialize in chilaquiles and churros. For those who are not familiar with chilaquiles, they are fried tortilla chips cooked in a (mild) red or green salsa (or a mix of both) with cheese on top. You can also add egg and a protein. It was very good and surprisingly filling. Had refried beans been included, I'd had given it 5 starts, but I'll be back. We also tried samples of the café de la olla and champurrado in both were very good. The staff were super friendly, the place was clean and prices are fair (cash discount too).
I’ve always wanted to try this place and it took me a while to finally come in, but I’m glad I did. I got the medium green chilaquiles with an egg on top and a hot Americano. The chilaquiles came out really hot and had good flavor, and the chopsticks they give you actually make them easier to eat. The Americano was solid too and they use Klatch coffee, which I appreciated. The café has a cozy feel with both indoor and outdoor seating. It’s also in a strip mall with a bunch of car shops, so it’s a convenient stop if you’re getting work done on your car. I’ll be coming back to try their churros next time.
The food was amazing! The medium chilaquiles was big enough for two people the portions are generous! The churros were fresh, hot, crispy and soft on the inside! And the staff was super friendly and helpful
