Five Forks Animal Clinic

I decided to see Dr. Moyer today based on a enthusiastic recommendation from Zoom Room. My visit was outstanding. I walked into a clean, well-thought-out waiting room. I sat in a comfortable chair that had a cover on it - a welcome gift for those of us with little dogs. My Jack-Chi sat next to me, ears perked up, very alert to every sound. We were escorted into an exam room in a timely manner, where again, there were comfortable covered chairs and it was clean and inviting. The nurse (I wish I could remember her name) was AMAZING. She quickly gained my dog's trust - and mine, too, as she shared her genuine care and concern. Dr Moyer walked in and my biggest struggle was not to take a picture as he immediately sat down with my dog - existing in HER little world. The nurse and Dr. Moyer spent the majority of our appointment on the floor with my happy dog, taking her vitals and doing everything they could to make us both comfortable. Dr Moyer not only cared for my dog but he shared tips and tricks for me to care for her better, asked me pertinent questions, and made me feel like I mattered, too. When they needed to put my dog onto the table for bloodwork, the table had a plush blanket on it - not a cold metal table like many vets. The 3 of us easily worked together as he took her blood and updated her vaccines. Now - get this. The nurse said I could pay in the room. Anyone who has paid for an appt at a vet knows what a huge deal that was. I'm a forever fan of this place. Thank you Dr Moyer and your team for a great experience and we look forward to many more years in your great care. Oh - one more thing - My slightly overweight dog has forgiven you for calling her a "perfect potato" 😂❤️🐾

This clinic is truly amazing. From the compassionate doctors to the friendly, welcoming staff, you can tell they genuinely care. Everyone is so considerate, and the front desk team is both efficient and kind. We take both of our dogs to Dr. Moyer and couldn’t be happier. Even my kids noticed how kind everyone was when they stopped by while practicing running errands—they came back talking about how nice the staff was. 100% recommend!

I cannot brag enough about Dr. Moyer. As our senior shih tzu has experienced skin issues for the last two years, and now facing some health issues, Dr. Moyer is great on being responsive, thorough and making sure all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. A local emergency vet didn't even examination our girl and recommended her to be put down this past weekend, thankfully I knew to take her to Dr. Moyer for his evaluation and testing.

I absolutely love this office & the staff. The care, love & time provided to my two senior cats- impeccable! I found FFAC through another office a little over 3 years ago & will always be thankful for that! I will just say, I am grateful for a veterinary office that is communicative, caring, supportive, honest & welcoming. I recommend this group to each person I can ! I live 45 min away & my experience here the last few years (many visits for senior pet care) has been worth every bit of the commute. Thank you Five Forks for a great experience in the last years with my fur babies! Dr. Moyer and his staff are absolutely amazing & your pets will be so happy to have them as their care team.

We have used Five Forks Animal Clinic for our two dogs and kitty since we moved to the area about a year ago. The vets have been extremely caring and patient with our animals. I have a dog that struggles with anxiety, and they have always given her plenty of time to make sure she is comfortable whenever we come in. We recently had to help our one of our dogs cross the rainbow bridge and Dr. Moyer took the time to call us and assure us that we were making the right decision based off documents sent over from the emergency vet. It helped give us peace of mind during a really tough time and we are so thankful for everything. The staff here has our complete trust and business for as long as we are in the area, could not recommend more highly.
