This veterinary clinic took amazing care of me and my cat! please do not be deterred by the recent reviews of this establishment!! they are very affordable and very helpful, I took my cat for a neuter in early november, prior to that we did vaccines, blood work, etc, which i had absolutely no issues with. time frames for all appts and surgery were fantastic, i was even able to pick him up early from surgery, healing process and incision site looked just fine and has healed just fine. also your $40 to book your appt goes towards what you are doing in that appt! i have never had any issues getting in contact, booking an appt, or asking any questions. Thank you guys for everything!!

Took my 2 cats to get spayed and shots. the first time they allowed one of my cats to escape out of the room after being warned how they are. everyone there ignores the caution signs and stickers and warnings you give. even when it’s on the paper they are reading. had to make a separate appointment and pay to be able to go in the room with them while getting the shots because they do not inform you of that before hand. asked to do an ear cleaning and testing while under sedation , they only cleaned outer rim of ear, didn’t complete the testing like asked and my cats ears look just as they did when i brought them in. they do not listen to instructions, concerns, or caution that you give them for your animals. told them to take caution with my cats because they are scared of people and to sedate them while still in their crates to minimize stress and interaction only for them to come out looking like the doctors manhandled them and fought with them. did the absolute bare minimum for nail trimming. only clipped the very end of the nail instead of going as short as needed to go. didn’t offer or prescribe pain medication for after spays. did not tattoo the cats stating that they have been spayed. gives out incorrect information regarding the healing process for your animals. incision site looks extremely unprofessional, very rushed and, slightly infected. looked that way as soon as i picked them up at the scheduled pick up time. they also nicked the top of 4 nipples on each cat making them scab and bleed.

My dog is a current patient, and I’ve now called 7+ times (left vms) and filled out the online form requesting an appointment with no callbacks. Originally needed an appointment for an annual check up, now I can’t even get my dog in for a possible ear infection. While the prices are great, go somewhere else because you will not be able to get a hold of this vet office.

I adopted my dog about two months ago from the SPCA. Other than one repeat vaccine she was up to date on everything. I came in to establish care about a month ago and had a stand in vet. It took over an hour waiting to be seen. During the appointment, the vet mentioned the special on nexguard. I had an additional dose and mentioned I would call back to purchase some once it ran out. I called today because I bought some on Chewy and just needed the prescription. I was told that because it was a stand in vet I would have to book another visit, get/pay for another heart worm test (Eventhough she had one in August) before I could get a prescription. The office staff were not the friendliest and really didn’t care about me explaining how I was just there and they offered me the treatment. Due to wait times, professionalism and price gouging I will never return. Go somewhere else. Yes, the 40$ visit in this economy is nice but it’s a waste of time and loads of frustration for them to do the right thing.

Very friendly vet and staff, took my puppy for heartworm prevention, and my 8 year old white cat for a check-up. Very happy and would highly recommend. They also have a rescue, which is no kill, and they are affordable and non profit, they run vaccine clinics too. It's just an all-around great place.
