We only had the privilege of using Dr. Foley during one of the hardest days of our lives..helping our sweet girl, Serenity, transition peacefully into her next journey. The compassion, kindness, and care that Dr. Foley and her staff showed us during that time meant more than I can put into words. From the moment we called to inquire about their services, we were met with genuine compassion and understanding. Dr. Foley and her staff took the time to listen, answer our questions, and guide us through an incredibly difficult decision with kindness and grace. Dr. Foley communicated with us every step of the way and respected the environment we wanted to create for Serenity's transition. She explained everything throughout the entire process, answered every question with patience and empathy, and never once made us feel rushed. One of the things we will always be grateful for is that she gave us all the time we needed for our final "we'll see you in the next lifetime" moment. 🪶 That gift alone meant the world to us. The kindness didn't end that day. The sympathy package and beautiful paw print memorial we received afterward were so thoughtful and special. It was such a meaningful reminder that Serenity's life mattered and that we weren't just another appointment on the schedule. If we ever welcome another fur baby into our family, this will be the only veterinary practice we'll use. They earned our trust, respect, and gratitude forever. ❤️🐾

We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism shown during one of our hardest moments. The practice fit us in for a same-day appointment when, while visiting St. Pete's, we used up all the medicine for our very anxious dog. Everyone was extremely nice and professional!

'Blue', the injured Blue Jay had the blues until VEG took care of him! A blue jay was outside on our front lawn. I saw a clump of blue something, but couldn't identify what it was. When I went out to take a peek, I discovered 'Blue'. This time I knew where I could take this blue jay ... to Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG). You can read about 'Screech', the Eastern Screech Owl that I had previously taken to VEG. As in my previous experience, I was treated with an emergency team and the situation, then took 'Blue' carefully "under their wing", ;-). They certainly have compassion for birds and of course your pets, and have proven to be a reliable source for injured birds.
