The people working with the dogs in the boarding kennel really get to know your dogs or cats , especially their personalities that I find amazing. The boarding technicians go the extra mile.

Got me in as new patient in one day. Front desk Nijay was friendly attentive and efficient. Dr. Jessica resolved my 18 yr old dogs issue, no problems since. The front door had long hrs printed on it and appears to offer many extended services. I also paid a fraction of what VCA charged. Will stay!

We were seen very quickly, and all of the staff treated both my dog and me with courtesy and efficiency. The diagnosis and treatment was explained well. We typically go to the Gray office, and are happy to have additional options within the same practice when an appointment is not available there.

First, let’s get this out of the way: ALL vets are expensive. I find that Robinsons is less than most. Having said that, let me share about my multiple Robinsons experiences. My regular vet, Dr Piscano, is mainly at the Watauga office. I think he’s fantastic. When my roommates elderly schnauzer had to be PTS the compassion and kindness from Dr P and his staff was amazing. My former GSD, who had multiple health concerns, was treated by Dr P at Watauga and Dr Fogg at the Peeples Street clinic. Once when she was particularly sick and there was nothing available at either of those locations, we went to the office in Gray because they could fit her in. Again, excellent care all the way around. She developed EPI and required a special diet, enzymes to help with her digestion, and for a time it seemed like we were at the vets office every week. Dr P tried everything with her, but she just kept getting sicker and sicker. He helped me weigh the positives and negatives concerning her continued treatment and was kind and supportive when we had to make a decision to not allow her to suffer. The heartbreaking decision to help her cross the Rainbow Bridge only came after long compassionate conversations - all of the staff that we dealt with was wonderful. Currently I’m fostering my son’s Great Pyrenees and I wouldn’t take my furry family anywhere else. All of my dogs have loved the Robinsons vets that they’ve seen, but Dr P is my favorite. The office hours and locations are very convenient; I’ve had numerous appointments on evenings and Saturdays, and have been able to avoid the dreaded “airport vet” because of that. I’ve been very happy with all of the services they’ve provided!

We've recently taken two of our pets to the Watauga location. Lucky, the kitten we found in my in-laws truck motor after being stuck in storms for 2 days, and Buddy, my wife's childhood Plothound, who is going through it with his arthritis. Both visits went fantastic, so informative and reassuring. We appreciated the care shown, especially to Buddy, who was in so much pain that one of the nurses had to help coax him off the ground. They are simply amazing, and we have been recommending them to everyone we know.
