This place is great! They love our little Hobo & treat him very kindly, he is a nervous guy. Dr. Still, KC, & the techs are all superb!!!

This animal clinic is one of the best I have been to! Dr. Still was amazing with my dog Tucker, very gentle. She was able to break everything down for me too so I was able to understand what was going on with my baby. Great staff, very friendly, and clean! I’ll be making this place my primary vet office for my dog from now on 😊

Dr. Still and staff are all wonderful. I came for a second opinion after given a half-assed and GRAVE catch-all lab report from a vet tech at All Tails that made me think my old girl was dying (and with no actual diagnoses), but Dr. Still reviewed the records and reassured me on everything and thoughtfully explained each reading. I will definitely be back.

I can not praise this place enough for all the compassion and care they showed our loving dog Lady. We had to put her down unexpectedly and the staff treated her with so much dignity and kindness. Dr. Still was diligent on finding out the root cause of Lady’s issue and her heart for animals was evident. We will never forget all the love they gave our Lady during her final moments. Our hearts are forever broken and missing a piece of her. Thank you for all your love and care on that day. -The Newell Family

I brought my cat Satan (aka Gary) to Veterinary Medical Center for a second opinion, and I am so thankful that Dr. Pennings and Sean, were the ones who cared for him. Dr. Pennings was incredibly compassionate when discussing his prognosis the next day after he had been hospitalized overnight, and with the decision I ultimately had to make. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and even got down on the floor with us during his final moments. Sean was also outstanding. He was calm, kind, and gentle, especially when I broke down crying. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind. The front desk greeted us warmly when we came in, and they even offered their condolences on our way out. It was a night and day difference from the experiences I had at the first vet. I only wish I had come to them sooner, and I can’t help wondering if things might have been different if I had. Even so, I am deeply grateful for the care, respect, and dignity they gave Satan at the end of his life. They made an unbearable experience as humane and supported as it could possibly be.
