(from Google)This vet is fantastic. We were new clients and had never been seen. Our kitten had some issues with her teeth and grooming. It was a Saturday and we did not have an appt. They were completely booked, but after telling my story to Shannon at the front desk she fit us in. I was so grateful and when we met Dr. Kim and the staff they were SO friendly. Our cost was way lower than we anticipated, as with many other vets. I am very happy and so is our kitten.😸
This office saved my dog’s life! After a sudden weight loss and dramatic change in condition, we feared the worst for our fur baby. Gentle Care took him in immediately and discovered that he has diabetes. They got his condition under control by helping us get him on an appropriate diet and medication. Almost a year later, he’s thriving. My family and I are so thankful! Everyone from the vets and techs to the office staff have been amazing to us. Easily 5 stars.
Fantastic experience with both of my babies! Dr Philipe is phenomenal. He was able to see my dog same day when she hurt her leg and started limping. Front desk staff are so kind, pricing is transparent, upfront and very fair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vet in the area!
Such an amazing experience, everything was clean and the techs were very quick and efficient while being my very gentle with my dog. The vet was also very understanding of our situation and didn’t make us feel pressured to do anything. Overall a great experience and would totally recommend.
At first, I thought I found a great place for my Cane Corso. The vets that I had met took their time and were nice. This last time however left me wondering how much they really care. I brought my dog in for what I thought was maybe a Uti. They took her back to get stats and collect a sample. The tech came back after two minutes and asked if I would like to buy the kit and I could collect the urine and I would pay upfront. Long story short...that was on May 19th. with the sample being submitted to them the next morning which was a Saturday. I would hear back within 24 hours of the test being submitted. So, I figured, I submitted Saturday; the sample will probably go out Monday and hopefully hear something by Tuesday/Wednesday. Not only did I have to call to get any answers, but the receptionist let me know she would leave another note for the vet to call me when they could and that she would email me my results (this was the 23rd). That being said today is May 26 and I have no answers but a list of tests results on a piece of paper. (BTW: The test states that they received the sample on May 20th and reported on the 21st.) I got tired of asking so I had another vet read the results earlier today and who offered to redo the test at no cost. To me that is unacceptable and will not be going back. Since this I have heard and seen that I am not the only one. It is a shame because I can't be the only one who holds their pets with the same regard as a child and mine wasn't feeling well.
