The employees are so kind. They always greet me and my dog when we arrive and ask if she can have treats. The employees are always willing to help if I have questions and are very quick to help with service. I will be returning for any of my dogs needs.

I have been a customer at chuck & Don's pet shop for many years, they have healthy food for my cat ,I appreciate the program where you buy so many bags of cat food and they give the customer one bag free, now where do you find that... only at Chuck & Don's pet store and I belong to the store near the Lakes of the isles office Lake street west in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I WILL Continue to do all my shopping at Chuck & Don's and know they care about my awesome Cat and me as a parent of my cat and customer. I Trust chuck & Don's for all my cat Sylvester needs. Chuck and Don’s always has very helpful and knowledgeable staff. It helps to be a member to cut down on costs as well. I have not used any of their various services such as nail clipping or grooming, But it is nice to know that they offer these things.

This was my first time at this Chuck and Don's, and I watched two of the workers handle a very rude and entitled customer as respectfully as possible. A person comes in saying, "I want to help your business, but I've been coming here for years and no one ever says hello" followed by complaining how horrible their customer service is. The thing is, both of the workers were busy and DID say hello (I was the only other customer besides her and watched it all). Even if they hadn't, order stuff online instead of making someone elses life hard and complaining for no reason. You have no idea what's going on in others lives. Plus, that same worker she was complaining about, was incredibly kind and helpful when it it was my turn in line, even after putting up with that. Bottom line, I have a great impression of this place. The kindness and respectfulness of the workers when faced with such ridiculous entitlement is commendable. I wish this store and their workers a very Happy Holiday's!!

Had a great experience taking my dog to get groomed for the first time. The groomer was late because of a personal emergency with their own pet, and as such I was rescheduled for another day. I was called upon arriving home to be informed that the groomer had arrived finally and was able to fit me in still at 11 if I so wished. I did and they gave me a great discount for waiting the thirty minutes that morning for the groomer at the original 9 am time. The staff was all very helpful and attentive. Ollie loved the hedgehog cookie as well!
