Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters - Seminole Heights

Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters and in Seminole Heights is awesome. I’ve been to a couple of their other locations. This one has a great bar indoor area and the outdoor area is great too. Coffee and food are phenomenal

I recently visited Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters for an afternoon coffee and had a wonderful experience. I had previously been to this location when it was a brewery, so I was excited to see what Blind Tiger had created in the space and it did not disappoint. I ordered the pistachio cappuccino, and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced, flavorful, and smooth. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor seating area, complete with a relaxing water feature that creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a great stop for an afternoon coffee, and I definitely look forward to visiting again.

Started coming here when it was c.1949, was worried when it changed owners to BlindTiger. I’m happy to say that I’m enjoying the changes and the things that stayed the same. Matt and Ashley are still rocking behind the bar..they are extremely knowledgeable about the beers on hand and the new ones that come in. They can also make an awesome espresso or chia. The sandwiches and wings we’ve tried have been delicious, me and my husband stop by after work on Fridays to meet with friends and grab a drink and something to eat. It’s nice having a spot where you can hang out with your neighbors and friends. People that work there get to know us by name, what we like (or don’t like) and offer up things to try. Of course there’s also karaoke, about once a month, loads of fun and Matt can sing 🎶. It’s a great place!

I stopped by Blind Tiger in Seminole Heights the other day because I needed something to wake me up before getting back to work. I got a matcha first, and it was actually way better than I expected. It tasted smooth and balanced and honestly kind of ruined other matcha for me. I tried the drip coffee too, and it was good enough that I thought about grabbing another cup just out of habit. They added a bunch of plants around the place, and it gives the whole spot this chill, cozy vibe. It feels like someone mixed a sports bar with a plant shop, but in a good way. I ended up staying longer than I planned, just sitting around and relaxing for a bit. Matt was behind the bar and he was pretty easy to talk to without making things awkward. Kylie, the marketing intern, was funny and friendly as well. It definitely added to the whole vibe of the visit Nothing wild happened, but it was just a nice place to hang out, sip something good, and not think too hard. I’ll probably end up going back soon because it’s rare to find a spot that feels that comfortable without trying too hard.
