New Life Veterinary Hospital

This place is one of the cleaness pet offices i have ever been. Its well organized. My cat did not get irriated waiting like he did in other places. The dogs were well supervised allowing for a pleasant visit the staff were very good at what they do.

I cannot say enough good things about New Life Vet. My puppy was accidentally run over by a golf cart, and it was one of the most terrifying moments I’ve experienced as a pet owner. I called four different vets and even drove to two locations, only to feel like my time was being wasted while I was panicking and worried sick about my baby being in pain. Then I found New Life Vet — and everything changed. From the moment I walked in, they handled the emergency with urgency, compassion, and true professionalism. They didn’t hesitate, they didn’t delay — they acted quickly and made sure my puppy was cared for right away. The entire team was calm, reassuring, and genuinely caring during such a stressful situation. Not only was the care exceptional, but the atmosphere was also comfortable and welcoming, which made a huge difference in that moment. You can tell they truly care about both the pets and their owners. Because of this experience, they are now officially my go-to vet. I just want to take a moment to give recognition where recognition is due. New Life Vet goes above and beyond anything I could ever ask for when it comes to my fur babies. I have three large dogs, which can be a handful to bring in, but their team takes the time to care for each one individually. They always make me feel confident that my dogs are receiving the absolute best care. Cayla consistently takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and does it with a smile on her face. The doctor is truly amazing as well. My Goldendoodle is a little skittish, and he actually sat down on the floor with her to help her feel comfortable — which immediately eased my nerves too. Every question or concern I have is answered with patience and kindness. They exceed my expectations every single time. I’m so thankful to have found such an incredible veterinary hospital filled with caring people who truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about New Life Veterinary Clinic. From the moment we walked in, Connor at the front desk made us feel welcomed and cared for. Jenna, the nurse, was so gentle and reassuring, and Dr. Lester Monterrey took the time to thoroughly explain everything with such compassion and patience. Most importantly, they treated Maggie like she was their own. You can truly feel how much this team cares about the animals and the families who love them. In a moment that could have been stressful, they gave us comfort, confidence, and peace of mind. I am beyond grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine heart they showed us. Absolutely love New Life!! We just started bringing our fur babies here, and from the doctors to the front desk staff, everyone is genuinely kind and caring. But today, they went above and beyond. In my quest to let Odie live his best National Geographic life, he had his first run-in with yellow jackets today. Spoiler alert: Odie is not faster than yellow jackets. When he came back inside with a swollen cheek and puffy paw, I called New Life right away. After determining there was no sign of a more serious allergic reaction, they walked me through the proper dosage of Benadryl to give him, saving me a trip, some stress, and probably some cash! Odie is already looking less like a balloon animal and more like himself. Thanks New Life!
