Cladda Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Team

We had to bring our dog in for an emergency gastro issue, and Cladda was great. The physical establishment was clean and comforting, and the staff were amazing. The process was streamlined, and we felt informed and confident at every step. I felt very secure that my dog was in good hands and was getting great care. They covered all bases with treatment reasonably, and the price was extremely reasonable for an emergency vet. They will be our go-to in the future should any emergencies arise!

Loved everything. For an emergency vet this place was awesome! Having couches in the exam rooms made it more comfortable for me and my pet, Arlo, especially since we were there late at night. The free coffee was great! It helped not having to leave to go get any and I could just get it there. I really appreciated being able to stay with Arlo while we waited for results. The staffing team was amazing. The receptionist was kind and caring allowing me to chat with her while waiting for evaluation. She asked caring questions about Arlo and if I had other pets. This really helped keeping my mind at ease by allowing me to talk about something else. The technicians were kind and thorough. Allowing me to go into detail and being patient while I explained everything. The vet was kind and knowledgeable in her field. I appreciated being able to see the X-Rays to see there was no obstructions. This gave me further peace of mind. We went over the treatment plan and medications and was explained the whole process. Arlo was seen quickly and taken care of in the best way. I really appreciated everything the entire team did and will be back in case of other emergencies. Prices were fair and competitive for emergency medicine but did not feel as though it broke the bank. Thank you again team. You were amazing!

I have had to take both of my pets to Caladda and I absolutely love this place! Definitely recommend for your emergency pet needs, they do in take over the phone so the check in process is so much faster when you arrive. The set up is amazing, taking the pets into the exam area immediately while the owners wait in a comfy, cozy waiting room. It’s nerve wracking to not be around your pet when something is happening, however this set up works the best because the focus needs to be on the pet. Which is what I appreciate the most. The staff is so warm and comforting from arrival to departure. I could not recommend this place more!!

Cladda saved my sweet boy, Frank. He was attacked by 3 German shepherds yesterday morning, and had extensive bite wounds. Specifically, his jugular vein was exposed. I rushed Frank to his vet, who was able to stabilize him. They transported him to Cladda yesterday morning. I wasn't able to drive him myself, because I had to go to the ER for stitches on my hands from dog bites. Once he got to Cladda, they called me to let me know he made it there and asked me for some intake info. They made the intake process as easy as possible since I couldn't physically be there. The staff was so kind and empathetic. While he was at Cladda, they were communicative and provided updates on the status of Frank. Last night, I got a call at 930 PM that they were able to help my sweet Frank, and successfully completed his surgery. They gave me the option to pick him up immediately or early this morning. That right there told me that this isn't a practice looking to squeeze every penny they can from you, on top of the compassion they showed. The facility is beautiful and clean, but the staff is what makes this place truly special.

I cannot recommend this place enough!!!! The staff was amazing. Knowledgeable. And advocated for Winston with the radiologist sent back their report initially with a basic answer. Sending it back to the radiologist and having them actually read the report and give a detailed response. Which made me incredibly thankful. They allowed me to stay in one of the rooms while it was slow so I could visit with him when he was stable. They made him comfortable. Took phenomenal care of him. Also made sure that I was comfortable and okay. All in all… as sad and scary it was that his visit was a true emergency… I am so thankful that we went to Cladda. Thank you to the team. So very much! I’ve already recommenced them to Winston’s vet.
