Banfield Pet Hospital

I have a 6 yo Havanese named. Carlos. He is my family. I chose Banfield because I know Carlos. Gets the best care possible. The staff is wonderful.

Super friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. As a 1st time pet owner I thought I'd feel overwhelmed, so I find it very appreciative that they call to remind me when a visitation is due, which makes you feel valued as a client. The portal system that they use is also very comprehensive, it lets you see all your pet's details/information on there There is also a PetSmart connected to it aswell, simply making it convenient all around. I've been recomending them to family and friends and glad I discovered this pet hospital

I have several rescue dogs and used Banfield for the first time when my primary vet was closed. I am so grateful for this place. They have appointments on Sunday and it’s much less expensive than my normal vet. Olivia is super friendly and explained the insurance so clearly. If you are doing a dental cleaning the insurance pays for itself. Highly recommend!!

I just have to say how happy I am with Banfield Tyrone. We had a plan previously at different Banfield location and had a horrible experience, so didn’t renew when the plan was up. We got a 4 month old Pomchi puppy few days ago and wanted to get our puppy checked to make sure she was healthy. I was having trouble getting her in to any local vets less than a week out. I went on Banfield app and scheduled an appt for next day for in room visit. They also had drop off for earlier appts that day, but we wanted to be with her. Because of the reviews I booked it with Dr. Guzzi. Which it let us pick the doctor we wanted through the app. The vet tech who helped us first was outstanding. He was so kind and really took time with us. I told him all our concerns which he relayed to the doctor. He didn’t ask, but I let him know we weren’t sure about doing a plan, but would pay to be seen. He never once pressured us and said let’s take a look at pricing with and without the plan and you pick what is best for you and what treatments you would like to do. He said if we changed our mind later we can always add a plan on later. The pricing is cheaper than our regular vet even without the plan. Because we liked them so much we eventually went with puppy wellness plan because the pricing seems so good and our puppy will be covered for so much. She only has one set of shots so far so when we saw Dr Guzzi he set up a plan on getting her caught up and making sure she stays healthy. He is so kind and really loves what he does. So far my experience has been amazing and made me happy we went there. We go back in 3 weeks for more shots for her. Both the Dr and tech answered all our questions and really took time with us. We have a 13 year old chihuahua so having a puppy feels so new and we forgot so much, but the Banfield team was there to help. If anything changes I’ll edit my review, but so far we are super happy.

I want to take the time to thank the staff that were present yesterday 11/22/25. Sadly I made the decision to euthanize my beloved Junior; one of three dogs I adopted a little over 14 years ago at the SPCA. He's the first one to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Navarro and all the staff were so amazing during such a hard moment for me. They got us into a room right away, were compassionate, understanding, and did not rush me; I can't count the number of times they said "Take all the time you need, even if it is hours." Banfield has always been great to my dogs and this really solidified how much the staff at this location care.
