(from Google)Always an excellent park to visit, no matter what time of year. The decorations at Christmas are phenomenal. They have a great court of honor for the vets. The playground is one of the best in the county! The restrooms are kept clean as well. There's even a small railroad for the kids. Lots of green space to run or picnic.
If you live anywhere near this event, this is a must-see, though parking is limited so I would recommend carpooling or Uber/lift. Free to public! Rides are a bit on the pricey side, not sure if they're worth it or not but I'm sure price reflects safety and standards. Food trucks nearby, usually with credit card/debit card availability. Overall a great time to walk, look and enjoy and spend time with the family. Great Children's playground with potty facilities available.
Beautiful display of Christmas lights, but that’s not all.. great food vendors, rides and the hot chocolate is amazing!
Went to the Santa photos for pets. Small donation for a pet charity. Elves were very animal friendly, Santa was amazing!! The park looked beautiful decked all out in xmas lights. The food trucks smelled wonderful and will go back again to try them and maybe go on the ferris wheel. This was my 1st time going to xmas event there. Largo did an amazing job.
We came for the Christmas lights and the Rudolph Limited Train ride. It was so much fun & well worth the price. The line is long but they have several trains running so it goes quicker than expected. The train takes you all through the park (a little over 12 minute ride) and my grandsons loved it! Be prepared for a tough time trying to find parking. Bring your patience and Holiday Spirit, that's what it's all about!
